Reshopper Ltd., Inge Lehmannsgade 10, 6th Floor, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark, CVR. 34711763 (“us”, “we” or “our”) manages the mobile application Reshopper (“Reshopper”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our service.

We will not use or share your information with anyone other than as described in this policy privacy.
We use your personal information for providing and improving services and your user experience. By using Reshopper, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

When you create an account at Reshopper, we will ask you to provide certain personal information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal identifiable information may include, but are not limited to, your e-mail address, name, phone number, mailing address, etc. (“Personal Information”). By creating an account on Reshopper, you agree that Reshopper as a data controller collects, transmits, stores, and uses your personal information as described in this policy.

Log data

We collect information that your device sends whenever you use our service (“Log Data”). This log data may include information such as your device ID, device type, information about geolocation, device- and connection information, ad data, the pages you visit on Reshopper, time and date of your visit, the time you spent on these pages and other statistics.

Additionally, we can use third party services like Google Analytics to collect, monitor, and analyze this type of information to improve the functionality of our services. These third party providers have their own privacy policies for how they use such information. However, we will never transfer your personal information to such third party services.

Location information

We may use and store information about your location, if you give us permission to do so. We use this information to provide features of our service and to improve and adapt our service. You can enable or disable location services anytime you use our service via your mobile device’s settings.


Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous and unique ID. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
We use cookies to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. But if you do not accept cookies, you will not be able to use parts of our service.

Reshopper reserves the right to use any information collected for statistical purposes. Prior to such statistical purposes, Reshopper will ensure that the data are made anonymous so that they are not personally identifiable and thus no longer regarded as personal information.


We reserve the right to use third party companies and individuals (“Data Processors”) to facilitate our service. The use of Data Processor will often ensure the delivery of service on our behalf, to perform service-related tasks or to help us analyze how our service is used.
Data processors will have access to your personal information but only in order to perform tasks on our behalf and Data Processors are therefore obliged not to disclose or use the information for other purposes. We will always compose a data processor agreement that ensures the protection of your personal information.


We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You can deselect receiving any, or all, of these messages from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any e-mail we send, the Reshopper app’s settings or by contacting us.

We will disclose your personal information if required by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our service.

Business Transaction

If Reshopper Ltd. is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred. We will provide notice if your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different policy.


The security of your personal information is important to us, but please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third party websites or services.

Childrens Privacy

Our service does not include people under 15 years of age (“children”).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has given us personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under 15 without parental consent, we will immediately remove this information from our servers.
