I didn’t receive the verification e-mail
You can request a new verification email under “Settings” in the app if you didn’t receive our email when you registered.
If you still don’t receive our email, please check:
- that you typed your email address correct
- that our email didn’t end up in the spam folder or another folder like Gmail’s “Promotional”
- that your Inbox isn’t full – if it is please delete some old emails to make room for new
If the problem persists try changing to a different email address of yours.
The link in the verification email doesn’t work
Please try to open the email in another way. If you opened it in your browser please try another browser or a dedicated email client / app.
We’ve experienced that Hotmail specifically have bigger issues letting emails through. We encourage you to change to another email address of yours.
